Hey how’d you get here? Well while you’re here I may as well introduce myself. My name is Dominic, and I’m here to give you my opinion on whatever is going on in tech today. I’ve been into tech for most of my life (if you count accidentally installing malware onto the family computer because that “legit” RuneScape gold generator wasn’t quite as legit as I thought), and I’m passionate about mobile technology. It’s truly a fascinating area of tech that has brought massive change to the way we live our lives. Some background about me, my first smartphone was an iPhone 4 back in 2012 while I was in high school. I remember begging for some sort of smartphone and the pure joy I felt when I got that phone can not be overstated. Rather funnily, if I recall correctly I replaced my iPhone 4 with a Samsung Galaxy S5 so that I could have a fingerprint reader. From there I was all in on Android. I upgraded to a Note 4, and then a Pixel 2. That Pixel 2 lasted me until the Pixel 6, and at the time locked me in as a Google fanboy. I loved the Pixel and the Pixel experience. I upgraded to a Pixel 7 Pro, and got a Pixel Watch and Pixel Buds Pro later. And once I saw the Pixel Fold I was all in on it. During my Google phase, I also picked up an iPhone 13 mini because it truly was an amazing device. Loved the hand feel so much. However, that’s when my pull towards the Apple ecosystem began. Skipping ahead a bit (because why would I spoil it all now when I can use this story for sweet sweet content?), I’m now deep in Apple’s walled garden. And oh boy do I have some opinions! About both sides of the aisle. Android, iOS, Google, Apple, and any other tech company, you better believe I’ve got thoughts. And now, thanks to the power of the internet, I have a place to voice my opinions! I’m snarky and sarcastic so hopefully my writing shouldn’t be too dry. I have no delusions this will take off, but if you decide to stick around I’d be happy to have you. Now, what should I write about next? (Who am I kidding, of course I already know. Neo. [Get it?
